This special commercial features Santa's first experience tasting an Oreo.  He has just place the last gift under the tree and while taking a last look before he leaves, he spots the traditional plate of cookies.  Taking a moment to read the note from a little girl, she explains that these are Oreos and there is a special way to eat them.  Santa follows her directions exactly, taking the Oreo apart, and licking the delicious creamy frosting.  But when he gets ready to dunk the Oreo in a glass of milk there is none.  He is then surprised to see the little Girl, who had been patiently waiting to help Santa.  He invites her to sit by his side and join him with an Oreo.  Almost in unison, together they enjoy one of the world's most popular cookies, OREO!

The Doctors
In the wake of worries regarding the H1N1 Flu virus, Santa made a special appearance December 16, 2009, on "The Doctors," where he discussed how the elves were taking care at the North Pole with hand sanitizing stations and insuring that all presents would be germ free.  Santa also let the Doctors know they were all on the 'Nice' list!

Dr. Phil's Party & Show for Military Families

Dr. Phil's Party for Hurricane Katrina Victims

Santa attended a special party hosted by Dr. Phil and his lovely wife, Robin, at their Beverly Hill home.  They hosted a group of military families whose loved ones are serving in Iraq.  It was a wonderful and very emotionally moving party that also featured, Melissa Joan Hart,  Marcia Cross, Kelsey Gramer, Celine Dion, and SpongeBob Squarepants

As a follow up I was also asked to also appear on the final show of the season where Dr. Phil hosted an audience of over 240 military wives, whose loved ones were also in Iraq.  Both show feature giving these special families thousand of dollars in gifts to help make their lives easier and their Holiday Season a little brighter.

There were three days of programs and Santa mainly appearsin the shows that aired December 16 and 17. He was also seen on many network and station ID's, promos and can be seen briefly in the show on the 15th

Knott's Berry Farm

Premiere of The Silver Bullet

If for some reason you were busy on Tuesday, December 7, 2005, or if you blinked, you may have missed me.  But, if during your viewing of the evening news you saw a Santa riding a Roller Coaster, it was me.  I was on hand to officially open Knott's newest roller coaster, 'The Silver Bullet,' the longest, fastest and highest roller coaster of its kind on the west coast.

Not only did Santa help unveil the giant 'Silver Bullet' sign at the front of the ride entrance, He rode the coaster for the official opening ride.  In addition, he actually started at 5:00 a.m. that morning riding the coaster a total of 14 times for live television feeds to news programs in selected cities across the United States.  In all he rode the Silver Bullet a total of 17 times that day.
